A FIVE-WEEK JOURNEY

A proven workshop experience for communities ready to do the inner healing work.

WHAT IS SOUL CARE?

The Soul Care Experience is a five-week journey toward emotional wholeness, culminating in Soul Supper. It’s the intentional practice of tending to your inner life — your mind, your emotions, and your spirit.

It’s the work of uncovering what’s been buried, healing what’s been broken, and learning to sustain wholeness from the inside out.

Think of it as maintenance for the part of you that carries everything else. The Soul Care Experience is offered for faith communities, community folks, and anyone ready to do the inner work.

THE FIVE WEEK JOURNEY

Soul Care is for individuals and organizations seeking to integrate spiritual wellness and inner transformation alongside their leadership and life-building work.

Soul Care is not therapy, and I am not a therapist. I am a spiritual care provider trained to help people slow down and recognize the weight they have been carrying — often without realizing how heavy it has become.

Together, in a room full of people doing the same work, we name what is underneath the weight and the hurt and create the space for that recognition to happen. From there, I help connect people to the mental health professionals and therapeutic resources that can guide them deeper into healing.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

I hold a Master of Theology and an honorary doctorate in Christian Leadership, and my spiritual care work is shaped by years alongside clinical professionals. I served as a spiritual care provider on the therapeutic team at a century-old residential treatment facility — providing care for foster youth navigating trauma, abandonment, and mental health crises, while offering spiritual support to the direct care staff and executive leadership — from frontline caregivers to the C-Suite. I carried that weight alongside them. In that role, I witnessed firsthand what is takes for human beings to confront what they’ve buried — and what it takes to help them safely find their path to healing.

I developed the Soul Care Experience over seven years of facilitation, refining it into a proven five-week journey that moves participants from Reveal to Renew. My approach sits at the intersection of mental health, spiritual care, and lived experience — trauma informed, emotionally honest, spiritually grounded.

I doesn’t teach healing from theory. I hold space for it.

"The workshop is the mirror.
The therapist is the guide.
I'm the bridge."

— Ehmandah Ramsey

  • Identify the emotional wounds that are quietly running your life.

  • Start healing the things you’ve been carrying way too long.

  • Learn how to protect yourself, set boundaries, and guard your healing.

  • Build the rhythms and support systems to continue your healing journey.

  • Soul Supper is the culmination of Soul Care. After four sessions of naming emotional wounds and finding the path toward healing, we come together over a meal — in person or virtually at your own table — for a guided conversation with a mental health professional, who shares what healing actually looks like on the other side. Not a polished version. An honest one — where the work is hard, the road is real, and the life waiting for you is worth every step.

SHAPE FOR WHO YOU ARE

Soul Care began as a workshop for anyone ready to identify their emotional wounds and find their path to healing. Over seven years, it has grown into a body of work that now serves specific communities — with added focus on strategic rest and burnout for those whose work requires them to carry others.
